We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, for all purchases and subscriptions made through Orin. No additional surcharge is applied for credit card payments.

Customers must provide accurate billing information, including the billing address and phone number associated with the payment method. Incorrect information may delay processing or result in failed transactions.

For subscription-based services, your payment method will be billed at the time of purchase and automatically renewed based on your selected billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal.

Orin may accept institutional payments such as purchase orders, wire transfers, or approved educational invoicing on a case-by-case basis.

Orders placed using alternative payment methods will not be activated until payment is received and verified. Processing times may vary depending on the method used.

Returned or failed payments may incur additional fees and may result in suspension of access to Orin services.

Orin operates as a subscription-based software platform. Access to features, lesson generation tools, and content is granted based on the subscription tier selected.

Licenses are granted for use only and do not constitute ownership of the platform or its generated materials beyond permitted use.

Seat counts, user access, and institutional licenses must be finalized within 30 days of purchase. Adjustments after this period may require administrative approval.

License transfers between organizations or accounts are not guaranteed and may be restricted based on system compatibility and subscription structure.

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Orin reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request at its sole discretion.

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

• Failure to use the platform or unused subscription time
• Lack of expected features not evaluated during trial or demo periods
• User error or misunderstanding of platform capabilities

Requests for refunds, subscription changes, or seat adjustments must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Orin may offer free trials or demo access to allow users to evaluate the platform. Users are encouraged to fully assess features, compatibility, and functionality during this period.

Failure to evaluate the platform during the trial period does not qualify for a refund.

Orin utilizes artificial intelligence to generate lesson plans, curriculum materials, and educational content. While we strive for accuracy and usefulness:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or biases
• Users are responsible for reviewing and adapting generated materials before use
• Orin does not guarantee specific educational outcomes or results

Educators are encouraged to exercise professional judgment when implementing content.

We strive to ensure accurate pricing and product descriptions. However, in the event of a typographical error or incorrect pricing:

Orin reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at an incorrect price. If a payment has already been processed, a refund will be issued for the incorrect amount.

All content on the Orin platform, including but not limited to:

• Software
• AI models and outputs
• Lesson templates
• Design, logos, graphics, and branding

are the property of Orin LLC unless otherwise stated.

Users may use generated content for educational and creative purposes. However, reproduction, redistribution, or commercial resale of the platform or its materials without written permission is prohibited.

Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

By using Orin, you agree not to:

• Misuse the platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the system
• Upload harmful, infringing, or inappropriate content
• Interfere with platform functionality or security

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

Orin may include integrations or links to third-party platforms, including digital audio workstations (DAWs), educational tools, or external websites.

Orin is not responsible for the content, policies, or functionality of third-party services.

Users are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of any external platforms they access.

External sites linked through Orin may have separate privacy policies and data practices. Orin LLC is not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party websites.

Orin LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Use or inability to use the platform
• Reliance on AI-generated content
• Interruptions or technical issues

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

Orin LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
